Nelson is honestly amazing! Super professional, and his attention to detail is INSANE! I received a package 3 detail from Nelson and I absolutely DO NOT regret. When I came to pickup my car, the car look newer than the day I bought it brand new from the dealer. The interior literally had not even a speck of dust just like he says. I highly recommend Nelson as his work is simply amazing and he's very friendly and super flexible.

I reached out to Nelson about doing a detail for me on my BMW 335i. He got back to me in a timely manner and we schedule for two days after! Didn’t think I would be taken care of that fast but he made it work. He did an incredible job on my car and I couldn’t be happier with the work. The best part is he came to me and did it in my driveway while I did some work inside. Can’t beat that service!

Nelson’s detailing returned my car to its original beauty. My 1986 Fiero had become dull with age. He not only made the car glow but shined the wheels, engine and the insides and made it look brand new again. Nelson himself is charismatic, easy going and is aware of even the minor issues. I have 2019 Infiniti Q50 and 2018 GMC Denali and I don’t let just anyone work on them. Nelson did an awesome job and the cars look like showroom condition again. It’s black and so shiny it looks like black patent leather. The tires and rims were done to perfection. I recommend Nelson's detailing to everyone. Thank you for doing an awesome job to my cars.

Nelson did an incredible job detailing both me and my girlfriends car. At first I was expecting just a regular car wash and interior car wash but when he presented the cars back to us there was not one spec of dust. I took my car to Nelson for a detail and had no idea what to expect. He really treated my car as if it was his own. I have white seats and every stain that I thought could never get out was removed. The exterior was cleaned to perfection. Any scratch I had on the car was buffed out. When I got my car back it looked better then when I bought it, my car has never been so smooth. I would highly recommend Nelson to anyone thats looking for a thorough job!

Nelson detailed my car today. While I had high expectations, I was really excited to see the finished product. When he says "not a spec of dust", believe it! I park my car on the road year round. That means it is exposed to salt, sand, berries that fall on it, pollen etc. The exterior looks like it does when I purchased the car. The interior looks new as well. Beyond the quality of his work, Nelson is also a top level individual. I will be a repeat customer!

Hands down Nelson is a perfectionist. I just happen to pass by him while he was working on a red Viper at his home. I turned around got out and looked at the job he was doing on the Viper. Impressed very much. I know what a quality job is… having the best in NY and Florida, Nelson passed with flying colors. Don’t let his age fool ya, trust me if you care about your lil babies, Nelson is your go to in CT. Prices very reasonable, he had my Maserati for 9 hours. No doubt do not hesitate on the packages. Anyone who has [their] cars at a real Detailer, PACKAGE 3 is well well worth it, it’s a no brainer. I’m a hard guy to satisfy, Nelson you totally passed! Thank you

If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would! Nelson detailed my 17 year old van to perfection. I had him also restore my headlights and, no lie, last night I was driving and had to look on my dashboard to make sure my brights weren’t on! He also detailed my very picky mother’s CRV and she’s still raving! I recommend him to my sister and 2 daughters and they’re equally thrilled. I tell everyone I know to check him out!

Awesome service. I have a 2013 Hyundai Sonata that is parked outside and has a dog as a co-pilot quite a bit. Detailing for perfectionists!!! Nelson’s attention to detail and care for my car was stellar! He truly treated my car like his own baby and put true passion into it! He removed the HOV decals and glued-on front license plate bracket from my 2016 Tesla Model S P100DL (California-owned), as well as removed some gnarly-deep scratches from the previous owner, and it looks absolutely incredible now (and feels truly like a new car)! Nelson provides amazing services and an even better customer experience. I got Package 3 service for my 2018 Audi S7 and as all of the other reviews mentioned, when picking the car up it looked better than I have literally ever seen it in my ownership, inside and out.
Beyond that, Nelson is just a great guy with a lot of passion for his work. We had a nice conversation about cars and business for about 30 minutes when I picked the car up and you can clearly tell Nelson is a smart guy when it comes to his work but also incredibly passionate. I’m planning to do all my future washes with Nelson, not just the occasional maintenance clean or detail. New customer for life here.

First time with Nelson but will not be last. Always disappointed with detailings before this. Wife was skeptical now wants her Prius done. What can you improve? Nothing. Perfection can’t be improved!
